How do I place an order?
Simply browse our website, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders under $100.00. Orders of $100.00 and above qualify for free shipping, which is applied automatically at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, shipments are delivered within 3 to 5 business days within the United States. Total estimated delivery time is approximately 4 to 7 business days from order placement.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment at any time through the carrier's website.
Can I return a product?
